Often, yes. Zigbee and compatible retrofit controls can suit many completed homes. We first check the switchboards, neutral wiring, Wi-Fi/network and devices before recommending a design.
What should I plan while my home is under construction?
Plan lighting circuits, dimming, curtain power, network points and home-theatre equipment locations before electrical work closes. Wired systems such as KNX or Lutron are easier to coordinate at this stage.
How much does home automation cost in Hyderabad?

Is there a yearly subscription?

Yes. Local control is designed to continue over your home network during an internet outage. Internet access is needed when you control the home remotely from elsewhere.
